Delicious and authentic Mexican food for unbeatable prices! Me partner and I got 2 angus frescas (horchata and melon), a Gordita, flautas plate with rice and beans, buche tacos, and flan all for $25!!! We definitely over ordered, but we wanted to try so much on the menu.
The melon aqua fresca was so yummy. You could taste the fresh melon and had tiny bits of smashed melon in it. It was so refreshing. The flautas were extremely crispy, and I enjoyed them more than I thought I would. They are definitely the best I've had so far. Let me tell you about the buche tacos. It's a pig stomach mix and Mexican sausage - wow, these were so delicious and tender! The Gordita was my favorite. There's something about a cheesy tortilla that makes everything so much better. I've never had anything like it, and my partner said he loved it as well and wish he had gotten it instead of the flautas. The flan was honestly the best flan I've ever had! It was a pretty big portion for an individual size, and was so creamy and tasty.
My only complaint is that I wish the green sauce was spicier. I honestly did not feel any kind of heat which was disappointing. Despite that, this place was so good that I honestly do not care to go any place else if I'm in town again. -

This little place is located in a little corner behind a laundromat on airway. Very clean, a lot of room inside despite the small area.
Let's start with the service. Always friendly, prompt and on their game. If I had to rate them on that alone it would get 5+ stars. I always feel I'm welcome here, like family inviting you into their home.
The food is amazing, I've had many many different dishes here and each one tastes like grandma is in the back making everything to perfection, this place got it so right with the simplicity and quality of their dishes. I love the open style cooking area as well.
If you want really good food and great prices try this place. One day I'll remember to get a photo of my dish before eating it all LOL -

Just in El Paso to catch a flight so grabbed a meal here as it's near airport and my hotel. Server was kind of enough to let me have half order of flauta and tacos.
I got half order of barbacoa tacos and flauta. Both were pretty good. Also got a large aqua frescas melon. For .50 more the difference is noticeable, the large was huge (but had lots of ice too). -

Great little tucked away restaurant with welcoming staff. Very inexpensive food with generous portions. The waitress was very helpful in helping us narrow down our choices. We had ranchera flautas. They were flavorful, the beans and rice were good, as well. Their air conditioner was excellent to get in out of the El Paso heat.

Wow!!! Why haven't I been here sooner!!!! Talk about a hidden gem - at the back of a strip center, but worth the hunt!!! Delicious flautas and amazing huevos rancheros. I was less impressed with the Gorditas but maybe I just ordered the wrong one. Very busy place but we still received excellent service!!!! Looking forward to going back soon!
